Volunteers Needed

          Due to the large amount of set up, break down, cooking, and cleaning needed to make this event successful, I’m going to need a lot of help.  The jobs will range from helping prepare a meal to policing the campground after the meal.  Below is a sign-up sheet to help out.  I’m hoping for five volunteers per 3 hour block.

      Please only sign up if you are going to follow through.  If you change your mind, let me know, so I can advertise the spot again.  I’ll update the chart every week. When it’s your shift, just show up at the Canteen Truck, and we’ll have a job for you.

    Another way you can help out is to be in charge of one of the many games/events that make a group campout so much fun.  We want to have a lot going on from which members and their families can choose.  Here are some ideas:
